ct 結果：兩個4-5 mm nodules on the left adrenal gland ,一個3 mm 右麵

左：nodules demonstrating >60% washout(不懂),consistant with adrenal adenomas and 
右：3mm nodules consistent with a lipid rich adrenal adenoma.（不懂）

配合clinical information:高血壓（10yeas）hypokalaemia and aldosterone/ranine ration supporting likelihood of adrenal lesion exclude Conn's syndrome.

我判斷：瘤子引起的高血壓，要動刀了

不知道風險如何啊。。
