恭請壇裏的醫生幫我看看我心髒病嚴重嗎？這裏是我的holter的檢查結果

我因為總是感覺心慌頭暈，有時候還會左肩痛，所以去看了醫生，然後就被要求帶24小時的holter檢查心髒，現在結果出來了，我的家庭醫生建議我去看心髒病專科。我實在看不懂這個專業檢查結果，我不知道自己是否得了心髒病。恭請壇裏的醫生同學能幫我看看檢查結果，萬分感謝！

Sinus rhythm. Beats were in bradycardia (22%) and tachycardia (4%).
    Heart rates range from 44-132bpm. Mean HR: 71bpm.
    Max R-R: 1.44 seconds.

    Frequent PACs (2483) and one PAC couplet.

    Two PVCs.

    The patient reported "felt dizzy deep breath) and "pain in the left shoulder" (1; lie on bed). Both symptoms correlated with NSR (68-78 bpm) and PACs.
