Adrenal insufficiency 跟中醫說的腎虛, 在症狀上有重疊，但不是一回事。

Your adrenal glands produce a variety of hormones that are essential to life. The medical term "adrenal insufficiency" refers to inadequate production of one or more of these hormones as a result of an underlying disease or surgery.

顯然：Adrenal fatigue ～Adrenal insufficiency～inadequate production of one or more of these hormones ～variety of symptoms (疲勞, 身體酸痛, 體重減輕, 低血壓, 頭昏眼花, 脫發, 皮膚變色（色素沉著）, …… ).

人家說的很清楚，Adrenal fatigue 是腎上腺激素（一種或多種）分泌不足引發的一係列症狀。

可以對比一下，雖然都有一個“腎”字，症狀有部分重疊，但 Adrenal Insufficiency 與中醫的腎虛不是一個概念。除此之外，請注意概念定義的清晰程度。
