請問8老師及各位老師， 我是加拿大公民,TN簽證在美國工作， 今年剛抽到H1B. 今年要多次往返美國和加拿大。想在返回美國的時候在機場由TN換H1B, 但有人說必須要到大使館麵試才能換簽證。不知道哪個對， 如果在機場換不了，最壞的結果是什麽？是不是最好在美國境內換成H1B, 然後再回加拿大。先謝過。

-Your employer needs to file I-129 for H-1B petition (this is different from TN) no matter you are in US or in Canada, then you can use the H-1B Approval Notice to get the H-1B I-94 at the port of entry to enter US, not need to get the H-1B visa in the US Consualte in Canada. Read my response to your previous post a couple of days ago.

Talk to your employer or lawyer for the H-1B petition.
