H1B有關的問題-多謝以及繼續請教8老師

我在一所私立大學教書。下學期要在網上教課。老公在另外一個州工作，今年三月學校開始上網課的時候就回到了他那邊。學校的律師說如果我新學期還要呆在另外一個州教網課，需要重新申請H1B簽證。想請教一下8老師，如果新的H1B被拒了的話，我現在的H1B還有效嗎？

So, if the H-1B amendment petition is denied, it will not affect your current H-1B status, but you need to work on campus as you did before in this case.

多謝8老師。這幾天一直在和學校的律師溝通。我問他可不可以 file a H1B amendament petition for working site change, 但是他keeping saying that I need to file an entirely new LCA and H1B, and ask for a new three year term. 我想問一下您，這樣做是可以的嗎？我比較擔心我這種情況下file 新的LCA和H1B 比較risky也不可行。
