我想知道我是不是需要要幫我妻子辦h-4簽證。 她是加拿大公民， 可以不用簽證來美國呆幾個月。聽說提交1-485時必須呆在美國， 遞交i-485，有沒有身份限製？

-She does not need to have H4 status, and the tourist status is fine. But she had better wait for about 3 months to file I-485 after she enters US using her Canadian passport.
