8老師，我護照上的簽證6月13日過期，我的H1B身份8月份才過期，但公司3月份給辦加急的extension，15天應該收到H1B Extension。我5月初回中國，5月底回來美國。我能用原來那個6月13日的簽證入境嗎還是我需要重新麵簽？
-No, you don't need a new visa because your current visa stamp is still valid when you return. But you need to show both the old H-1 approval notices and the new H-1 approval notice to the IO at the port of entry, and ask the IO to issue the I-94 expiration date to match the expiration date on your new H-1 approval notice AND double check to make sure it at the port of entry!!!
