如果我們全家開車去加拿大，帶好H1B 批準件，Employment letter 等等，然後開車返回美國，在邊境辦理H1B 和 H4，手續上會有問題嗎？

日期上有什麽講究嗎，一定要9月21日之後嗎？
-Yes. New H-1B holder only can enter US in advance up to 10 days before the H-1B is effective.
