回國麵簽問題

請問8老師這樣灰色地帶情況下能否操作？八月初我如果回國簽配偶簽證，移民關會不會問我之前h1b的任何問題？如果問了我該如何解釋？

請問8老師，那麵簽時候，1.vo會不會讓我證明transfer是第一個h1b公司的paystub來證明transfer是60天之內提交上去的嗎？2.不會去調查我現在是不是employment狀態嗎？不會問我要paystub？3，如果我oos了但沒有超過180天，vo還會批準我的f2申請嗎？
