我老公現在在A 公司，然後馬上要轉去B公司，在transfer期間一直繼續在A公司上班直到拿到B公司的i797A。那麽是不是一旦拿到B公司的i797A 就需要馬上離職A公司？

並且B公司的I797A上的開始日期必須是老公去B公司開始上班的日期呢？
-It does not matter. He does not have to go to work for B Company even if the H-1B transfer is approved, up to him and B Company.

（因為不是很清楚如果B 公司的I797A下來，就說明A公司的797A馬上失效？）
-No. Only he leaves A Company or the H-1B I-94 (from A company) expires, the H-1B approval of A company can be invalid.
