尊敬的8老師，目前學校正在幫我辦 H1B Transfer (Cap-exempt)。Start date 是 6月22日。聽說拿到receipt notice 就可以開始工作了。請問最遲什麽時候律師應該要提交最後的H1B petition forms and checks?
-Had better send it out in advance 10 days before June 22. USCIS need several days to put the file into their system.

是不是在6月22日之前郵寄都可以呢？
