如果Reinstate申請成功，在美國境內申請Change of Status是否能取代原來要求的visa stamp?
-It is irrelevant. If your F-1 is reinstated successfully, your H-1 application probably will be approved with I-94, thus you can stay in US and work legally with H-1 status, and you do not need to go to China to get the H-1 visa outside US to come back.
