請教你幾個問題。我的一個朋友H1B 6年9月到期，目前140已經approved，但是因為公司買賣，140正在作amending，amending 的case處於pending中，目前公司要求他 relocation到別的州，考慮到家庭的原因並且排期未到，所以他想換工作，如果找到新的工作，可以同時做H1B transfer和延期嗎？

-Yes as long as the old employer does not withdraw the approved I-140. I suggest he had better use premium processing to get the H-1 transfer approval in 15 days. Also the H-1 transfer needs to be filed before he leaves the old employer.
