LD持H1b簽證，在回國期間不幸遭遇整個部門被裁掉（4月中），目前LD在中國，剛剛找到另外一家公司願意給offer，接下來應該做哪些工作能盡快返美？（通過考古知道應該要辦理H1b transfer，但是不知道具體的步驟）

-Ask the new employer to file the H-1 petition and had better use premium processing to get it approved in 15 days. Then, your spouse can use the H-1 approval notice to apply for the H-1 visa in China. Also provide the job offer letter for the H-1 visa application.

還有，我本人原來持有H4簽證，現在應該失效了。我目前在美國，是否應該盡快出境 然後等著和LD一起去領事館簽證重新拿到H4再返回？

-Yes. You may just wait for the H-1 petition approval, and then go to China to apply for the H-4 visa together with your spouse.

有沒有可能待在美國等待LD返美（因為家裏有孩子正在上學）？

-No. You may wait for your child's vacation time (a few weeks later), and then go to China.

會不會影響將來申請綠卡？

-No as long as you get the H-4 visa to return to US.
