本人h1b簽證2015年8月已到期,律師申請了延期但目前還沒獲批.現在EAD/AP在手.最近有急事須去加拿大,那麽回美國的話就必須用AP卡了.我的擔心是,一旦使用AP我的h1b身份就會失效,

那麽等到h1b延期獲批以後我還有沒有可能把h1b身份續上呢?
