現在情況是485pending快180天。由一個consulting公司support 485.該consulting公司派遣我去另外一個公司幹活。現在，想成為工作的公司partner，是否對是否有影響？或者最好的辦法是什麽？

-It is fine. But if you want to use H-1 to work, your employer (the consulting company) needs to file an H-1 amendment. Otherwise, you can use EAD to work. Talk to your lawyer.
