老公和兒子都是H1B, 但是他們出境後, 入境時officer給老公的I-94表 H1B日期搞錯了.  兒子的I-94表變成了TN.  不是同時間出入境的.

現在律師要求兒子的I-94要變成H1B.

請問officer搞錯了, 如何更改?
