H1B不可以在AOS身份下遞交嗎？

-Yes, but your H-1 approval will have no I-94, thus you need to go to China to get the H-1 visa to come back. The problem is that you are not H-1 holder yet and if you leave US  to get the H-1 visa to come back during the I-485 pedning, your I-485 may be affected.
