本人公司在加州，H1B的LCA也是在加州辦的，但最近半年調到公司在Michigan的J.V.

- 是否需要公司重新申請LCA，否則會影響H1b的合法性嗎？

-Your employer needs to file an H-1 amemdment. Talk to HR or the lawyer.

- 提交485後，因為這個地點不同是否會被REF？

-Should not.

如何回複？

-If yes, ask the employer to issue a letter and also provide the amended H-1 approval notice.
