請教德州domestic violance和綠卡deport的問題

德州，去年的事。夫妻打假，都動了手，LP報了警，警察來了以後做了詳細敘述，拍了照片，錄了音。保釋以後找了當地一個曾經當過法官的律師，收費較高，4次延後之後，律師說，based on the evidence, he canot bit the case, 即使wife到庭上說作證沒有這麽回事也不會有人相信，court will not drop the case, offered 24 month probation, fine, charge and community service, the best he can do is to drop the "affirmative finding of family violence", which he said will help expunge the record later. 由於結案的時候他說過不熟悉移民法，所以不知道exportation的問題。

是不是能消除record還不一定，主要是現在還是綠卡，如果照律師的多半會export.

希望這裏能有人幫我出點主意：
1，這種情況go to trial一般會怎麽樣？
2，如果不go to trial還有沒有可能改變charge以至能不被export.
3, 我的律師怎麽樣？是不是該請那些criminal trial的專門的律師了？（一般2-3萬都有）
4，是不是該請移民律師處理deport的事情？
