1. Bring your passport to the city hall. Open until 12:00am, midnight. Pay $$$ and get a marriage license.

2. Bring the license to a 24 hours wedding chapel. The chapel will take care the rest. It can cost from $40 to Thousands.

3. Wait 15 days to get a official copy of your marriage certificate from the Clark county records.
