看了一下，要放棄綠卡還得去廣東領事館，

-Not true. Your parent can abandon the green card in any one of the US Consulates in China, not have to be in Guangzhou, and then apply for the B-2 visa there at the same time or later.

老人家嫌麻煩，不願意去。想問問能不能直接就申請Ｂ－２？現在１０年的，很方便，沒有綠卡無所謂。多謝！
