未刑公證needed for parents green card petition?

父母今年十月會來美探親。我準備在父母來美三個月後為他們申請綠卡.
我父母現在在中國需要準備以下文件, 對嗎:
  • My birth certificate with both parents' names
  • Relationship Certification (to prove ABC is XYZ’s mom and to prove DEF is XYZ’s father, XYZ is me)
  • My parents' Marriage Certificate

請問

  1. 我父母需要以下文件嗎?
  • 未刑公證
  • 他們的birth certificate

 

  1. 我遺漏了什麽文件嗎?

 

  1. 我結婚後改了Last Name，公民證和結婚證上都有我 Birth Name. 公民證和結婚證是否足夠證明XYT (婚後名) was XYZ(出生名)?

 

  1. My parents' Marriage Certificate – Is that just for my father's I-130 only? My mom's I-130 does not need it, correct?
