想幫父母申請綠卡，在美國申請 vs. 在國內申請，請教 一下大家：

 

  1. 是不是在美國申請會快些？-Yes.
  2. 父母現在在這兒， 計劃10月底回國 。
    1. 如在美國申請，是不是打完指紋就可回國等AP和綠卡，還是本人一定要在這兒？-They have to get the approved AP before they leave.
    2. 什麽事是必須本人在這兒辦？-They need to conduct the fingerprinting in US, and possibly they may need to be interviewed.
    3. 申請遞上去，多久會通知打指紋？-One to two months, case by case.
