PERM用的是公司一個地址（現已搬家，失效），最近的H1B用的是另外一個（和舊地址在一個州但是不在一個城市所以prevailing wage還是有差別的，另外PERM和H1B的 wage level也不同），求問G325a的表或者485其他要填地址的地方應該和哪個一致。
