父母在美等待綠卡期間，因沒有社安號，需要把他們列為dependents以報稅，請問該如何處理？謝謝指教！
If they have filed I-485, they can apply for EAD and then, use the EAD to apply for the SSN. Or they may apply for ITIN from IRS. See this link for ITIN:
