Request Evidence for I-485: 10/13/2011 (#1: provide new employer's letter -- I never changed my job. But the lawer moved so USCIS made a mistake that I moved to another state and must have changed my job. #2: Evidence continuation of work permit: I've kept H1-B so just sent all H1-Bs.)

Evidence Sent on: 10/25/2011, received 10/31/2011.
