請教買車。關於2015 Ford Focus 4dr Standard S.

看到NADA guide 網站上base price 是17k，incentives up to $4000. 可看到dealer 網站incentives 隻有$3000. 這個為啥有差異，能不能拿到$4000 呢？如果真能拿到4000 刀折扣，拿到$13.5k 應該不難
