1. The sellers will provide the buyers with $xxx credit towards buyers' closing cost and prepaids at the time of closing.

2. This addendum may be fully-executed in separate couterparts and by fasimile or digital photo by electronic transmission

3. The remaining terms of the contract remain in full force and effect.
