增值是抹掉了，我覺著depreciation也會抹掉。

Google depreciation by gift or death，看了幾篇文章，好像gift / death 都抹掉。不同的是，新主人的depreciation  basis，如果是gift，要用舊主人的depreciation basis，但是重新開始；死後的depreciation basis可以用死時的FMV。
