想請教下檸檬和其他前輩：如果之前按照tax bill上的land比例來分配（80%而不是10%），這樣賣房子的時候IRS

IRS會讓我用正常的業界標準（比如10-20% 的land）來計算depreciation recapture tax嗎？還是說IRS一般會honor我的allocation, which is based on the allocation of land vs improvements in the property tax bill? Thanks！！
