報稅書裏說是other expense, TurboTax suggest going to maintenance.

1) Stephen Fishman's book of "Every Landloard's Tax Deduction Guide" suggests putting into other expense.  

2) TurboTax suggest putting into maintenance.

Both should be fine, though I prefer 1).
