For me, if I have constipation problems for
two consecutive days, then for sure I'll get breakouts on my face, so I do feel there's a direct causal relationship for me. So to prevent constipation, I eat lots of whole grain, veges and fruits, and I work out regularly (five to six times a week). There's a lot of research evidence that exercising is critical in maintaining regularity and preventing constipation. Besides, I feel happier and more peaceful after working out (which releases endorphins in our body, among other things). Better and more sleep definitely helps with my skin. Finally, I have to say that skin is mostly determined by our genes.
