目前我作為主申請人的文件包括 sponsor的稅務文件都已經到了。 因我希望NVC先審閱我的文件，我可以將其他附屬申請人從“accompany " 改成“follow to join",  確實他們文件還要等，so NVC可以先批準接受我的文件和擔保人的文件呢？

-Yes. You can apply for the immigrant visa by yourself, and then your family members can apply for the immigrant visa later by doing "follow to join" after you get your green card. Contact NVC later for following to join.

Another choice is that you, your spouse and another kid had better apply for the immigrant visa at the same time and then, your oldest daughter can file I-485 within US after you enter US using the immigrant visa. Your oldest daughter does not need to provide her application for the immigrant visa together with you even if her name is in the accompany list.
