我想確認是不是I-130表的受益人就隻填我哥和我嫂。不要包括他女兒，因為肯定到時超齡了。

-Only your brother is the beneficiary. But you need to list his wife and his daughter in the Family menbers part of the I-130. Then, his wife can be as his derivative to apply for the immigrant visa together with him in the future. As you mentioned, his daughter is age-out and cannot get the immigrant benefits with him.
