有朋友去年F4移民簽證來美。但她老公當時因還未達退休年齡，在填Department of State的CEAC(ceac.state.gov)時選擇“延遲申請”（follow to join)。 去年朋友去廣州領館移民簽證麵試時， 官員要求老公每年和領館聯係一次。現在老公想聯係領館了。 但朋友卻記不起當時官員如何極簡單地介紹的聯係方法了。

想請問有人知道這種情景如何聯係廣州領館嗎？    致謝！
