先多謝8老師多年來熱心在此幫忙解惑釋疑。

成年未婚朋友在綠卡父母的資助下申請親屬綠卡移民(F2B)，人在中國， 排期在2016年十月份。現在最新排期是：

F2B A表排期：9/22/2015

F2B B表排期：9/22/2016

想請問：

1. A表排期是給人在國外的申請人的，B表排期是給人在美國國內申請人的，所以朋友必須再等至少一年才能進入下一步。我的理解對嗎？

-No. B form is for the applicants outside US to submit the application materials for the immigration visa, but sometimes it is also used for the applicants within US to submit I-485. NVC will inform the sponsor when the application for immigrant visa need to be provided to NVC.

2. 朋友有美國10年簽證，她能不能用簽證先進入美國，然後使用B表排期進入下一步？並且一直呆在美國直到拿到綠卡？

-If the priority date is nearly current, she may has trouble to enter US.  Also, if she comes to US, she needs to keep the valid status until she files I-485 when the priority date is current.

3. B表的排期到了後，是不是就可以申請工作準證了？-If she files I-485 within US, she can apply for EAD ath the same time.

大概多久時間可以批準？-hard to  say.

4. 如果人在中國，A表排期到了後，最快多久可以來美國？-About one year to two years, case by case.

5. 以前的10年美簽，現在還可以用來進入美國嗎？-See above.
