請問 i-90 和 i-131 能否同時申請？ -Yes, but need to file them separately. 這樣是不是隻要打一次指紋？-Probbaly need to conduct the biometriics for twice. By the way, they can file I-131 any time (no matter whether the green card expires or not), but only can file I-90 in advance up to 180 days before the green card expires.

如果可以的話郵寄地址是寫哪裏？  i-90 和 i-131的USCIS 郵寄地址不一樣。-Send them separately to the two different addresses because this is two different cases.
