8老師你好，今天看到一篇文章說USCIS從9月11日起如果提交材料不齊或者要求不合格的話，不再要求申請人補件，而是直接拒絕。這意味著什麽呢？是不是說我們材料必須一次性全部準備好喝符合要求，否則就會拒簽同時也不會給你第二次麵簽的機會，是這樣的嗎？
