我想在這個月給我姐姐遞交材料，請問我提前交姐姐的材料會影響母親嗎？

我隻給姐姐一個人移民，她有個女兒倒是可以現在一起申請，問題是那個時候她超過21歲，是不是沒有必要我幫她女兒申請呢？
-You can only file one I-130 for your sister now. if her kid is not age-out when the priority date is current more than 10 years later, then the kid can apply for the immigrant visa/green card together with her mother.
