移民局來信要求提供marriage certificate for the marriage of xxx and xxx。
父母年齡都很大了，結婚證已經沒有了。這種情況下怎麽提供材料？
-叫國內當地派出所出個證明，然後去公證處作個婚姻狀況公證。


 好像國內現在可以補辦結婚證，可是補辦的結婚證上的登記日期會是現在的日期，怎樣跟移民官解釋？

而且補辦的地方和結婚地不一致會不會有問題？
-The problem is the marriage date. If the marriage date is the old date, then it will be OK.

 除了提供結婚證還有沒有別的選擇？我看RFE上就隻要求結婚證。
-It is needed for your father's case. USCIS want know whether you were born after your parents got married. Many people (especially in US) were born before their parents go married or their parents did not married, so USCIS need to know whether the father took the responsibilities in raising the child up in this case. If you were born after your parents got married, then you do not need to provide any evidence on your father raising you up.
