我給姐姐一家辦移民美國。 I-130已批準, PD 3/15/2004. 現在visa bulletin for family F4 B表 Dates for Filing Family Sponsored Visa Applications 日期到了01MAY04. 我也收到NVC的電郵（歡迎package)， 可以file DS-260了。

姐姐的孩子在美國讀書， 孩子能不能在美國用I-485申請調整身份？

-Yes, but the child can not file I-485 until the mother enters US using immigrant visa.

還是必須在中國的美領館跟父母一起調整身份？

孩子已經過二十了， 什麽時候可以申請CSPA“鎖定”年齡？

-After both the PD is current (i.e. I-130 PD is rearlier than the Action Date, not Filing Date) and the child file I-485 or DS 260, the child CSPA age will be frozen.
