網上看到回美有可能被拒. 8老師覺得最好呆在美國等綠卡，

 

還是用AP回國，呆1，2個月再回美也沒關係。

-No problem unless they had illegal stay for > 180 days before they filed I-485, but they have to have the approved AP in hand before they leave.
