親屬移民，終於等來了NVC的通知。 但是擔保人 我的姐姐沒收入，住在老人公寓。我在中國有房有存款， 可以擔保我自己嗎？

-No in your case. Your sister needs to find a joint sponsor who has enough income to support you. Joint sponsor has to be a US citizen or green card holder.
