父親過世了，想把母親辦綠卡過來。她的出生公證上還要寫她自己父母的信息，需要證明嗎？

-Birth certificate has to include your mother's name, her parents' names, date of birth and place of birth.

下半年她要來美國，還有什麽必須的文件不能漏帶？

-If the 戶口本 has your name and your mother's name there, she may just also do the 戶口本公證. This document is not required by law, but I have seen some immigraiton officers asked for it.
