There is a lot of rumor says us govement will cancel the f4 親屬移民 soon. So I want my sister(US citizen) sponsor the GC for me.
Right now I am candian citizen. I don't need us visa and can visit US. if the f4 is filed can i visit us？
-Yes. If asked, explain to the CBP officer that it takes a long time for you to get the immigration visa, so you will return to Canada after short visiting US. 

Can I apply TN or H1 visa?
-Yes.
