請問一下8老師：關於親屬移民(F4)

There is a lot of rumor says us govement will cancel the f4 親屬移民 soon. So  I want my sister(US citizen) sponsor the GC for me.
Right now I am  candian citizen. I don't need us visa and can visit US. if the f4 is filed can i visit us？ Can I apply TN or H1 visa? and can get it.Where can I find the infor how to DIY my F4 親屬移民? sorry to ask so much questions.
