請教8老師，現在身份是H1B，目前還沒有提交PERM申請，剛過了3年已申請延期3年。現在因為擔心H1B綠卡申請進度很慢，3年內無法及時遞交申請，想做投資移民的綠卡申請。

如果現在遞交投資移民申請，臨時綠卡是不是要好多年才能下來？

如果提交了EB5申請，在等待臨時綠卡過程中，如果失業失去H1B身份的話，還可以以EB5申請人身份留在美國嗎？
-No unless you have a non-immigrant status (e.g. H-1) or you have filed I-485 before you lose your H-1 status..

還是必須回國等待？

另外，提交了EB5申請的話，是不是就不能再同時以H1B身份進行綠卡申請？-You can do both at the same time. These two cases do not conflict each other. Thus, you will get the green card based on either one of two, depends on which priority date is current first.
