1、EB5辦理的投資移民遇到排期時，21歲以下子女的年齡凍結具體是什麽規定？（是否526審批就開始凍結年齡？）
-The child needs to file I-485 or submit the immigration visa application (DS 260) when both the priority date is current and the I-526 is approved. Then, the child's CSPA age will be frozen. Of course, the child's CSPA age is temporarily frozen during the I-526 is pending.
CSPA age = the child's actual age when the priority date is current - I-526 pending time. If CSPA age < 21, then the child is not age-out.


2、如果麵試通過並登陸後，主申請人由於主要工作在國內，隻要一年去美國2次左右，每次居住時間大約在7-15天左右。會不會對轉正式綠卡有影響？

是否建議在去過1-2次後申請辦理回美證？

3、綠卡持有人在美國的常用通訊地址是否可以寫親戚或朋友的住址？
