回複：請教皮匠大師，小白兔等各位大師：投資移民的廣州麵試和F1簽證

侄女F1現已在美國讀書，美國簽證10月底到期。他們一家正在辦投資移民。現有幾個問題需要請教：

  （1）明年上半年的廣領館麵試（I-526），侄女也一定要到場嗎？她人已經在美國，是否可以不離境？需要辦理什麽樣的手續？

-If she wants to get the immigration visa, she needs to show in the interview personally.

  （2）她人已經在美國，如果回國，就要重新簽證再入境，那麽F1還能再簽過嗎？

-No because the immigration intent so obviously.

如果F1不行，應該簽什麽樣的簽證？

-Immigration visa.

  （3）為了在綠卡拿到之前能夠重新回到美國繼續念書，有什麽辦法能夠保證順利簽到F1？

-One practical choice: she does not need to go to China to get the immigration visa, but choose to file I-485 within US by doing following-to-join after her parent (primary visa appilcant) enters US using the immigration visa.
